We will only use your information where and as necessary for us to to provide tuition services to you and your child and for the administration and security of our website. Your information is not shared with any other parties. In particular, we use this information to:

  • Provide and administer the tuition programme you have signed up for with us.
  • Provide information to you in relation to this tuition programme and the 11+ testing process in general.
  • To communicate with you.
  • Manage our website and maintain its security.
Your rights

You have a right to get access to the personal information we hold about you and your child. For children that are enrolled with us, you can view this under Your Child's Profile. For everyone else, you may request this information.

If you believe that any of the information that we hold about you or your child is inaccurate, you have a right to request that we rectify the inaccurate personal information.

You have a right to request that we delete your personal information at any time. Please note that for currently enrolled children, if you request us to delete your information, we may have to suspend the operation of your account on our website and the tuition services we provide to you.

Any changes to your information or deletion of your information must be made by emailing us.
